The general conditions of The Fig online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business.
The online store THE FIG.SI is managed by the company Birch Business House d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 156, 1000 Ljubljana, a provider of e-business services (hereinafter the “provider”).
When registering in the system of THEFIG.SI online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password. The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the entered data. With confirmed registration via e-mail, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. If at any time later the user wishes to change his e-mail address to another one, he must send a request to hi@thefig.si. The change of e-mail address will be carried out on the same or the next working day at the latest, and the user will be informed about this via e-mail. The user can also make a purchase as a guest, without registration. In the case of such a purchase, the user selects the “Complete purchase as a guest” option in the process of completing the purchase and enters all the required information in the subsequent steps. The purchase information is forwarded to the user at the entered email address. In the case of a purchase as a guest, the user does not create a user account and therefore does not need a password.
