contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
availability of items (every item or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
conditions of delivery of articles or performance of service (method, place and deadline of delivery),
all prices must be clearly and unequivocally specified and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
method of payment and delivery,
time validity of the offer,
the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also about if and how much it costs the customer to return the item,
explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

Due to the nature of business over the world wide web, the offer of THE FIG online store is updated and changed frequently and quickly.
We allow the possibility of error when entering the technical specifications of the items, the images may be symbolic and do not reflect the actual condition of the item. In case of ambiguity, please contact us at hi@thefig.si.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
1. Order accepted After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Registered users can always access detailed information on the status and content of the order on the provider’s website.
2. Order confirmed The provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider can call the customer on his contact phone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
When delivering goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse, the provider is exclusively bound by the delivery by the provider’s supplier and the time in which the provider’s supplier can deliver the goods to the provider. Via e-mail, the provider informs the buyer about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify the provider, who will remove the item from the order and return any funds already paid to the buyer, and deliver the other items from the order at the buyer’s choice, or cancel the entire order. If the supplier does not confirm the availability of the ordered items to the supplier no later than three months from the date of placing the order, the supplier may reject the buyer’s order on the grounds that the goods are not available. On the day of rejection, the customer’s order ceases to be valid. The provider does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of goods that the provider does not have in stock in its own warehouse.
3. Goods dispatched The provider prepares the goods within the agreed period, sends them and informs the buyer about this by e-mail. In the aforementioned e-mail, the provider also informs the buyer about the return policy, where to contact in the event of a delivery delay, and where to contact in the event of a complaint.
In the event that the buyer decides to cancel the order, he must immediately notify the provider via e-mail hi@thefig.si. If it happens that the order has already been shipped, the buyer rejects the shipment to the delivery service. In the case of personal pickup (when the goods are already ready for pickup), the buyer also communicates his wish to cancel the order via the above-mentioned phone number or e-mail address.
PAYMENT METHODS
The provider allows the following payment methods:
– by transfer to the account of the manager of THEFIG.SI Online Store – Birch Business House d.o.o., branch of The Fig according to the offer/proforma invoice,
– with a payment or credit card via Stripe.
The provider issues an invoice to the customer on a durable medium, with itemized costs. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the invoice and to notify the seller of any errors within eight days of receipt. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices. The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile (My profile).
PRICES
The online price applies to all visitors to THE FIG online store. The user becomes a member of THE FIG online store club by registering in THE FIG online store. Registration is also possible during the purchase process. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order (the buyer receives an email about the status of the order). From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. Discounts, promotional codes, etc. they do not add up.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes bring various advantages when purchasing and are limited in time. The active promotional code is published on the front page of the advertising message, on the page of each department, in our e-newsletter or other media.
GIVEAWAY RULES
Definition of terms The organizer of the prize game is the company Birch Business House d.o.o., The Fig branch, Miklošičeva cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana. A prize game participant is a natural person who participates in the announced prize campaigns.
Prize winners are determined by a random computer selection function or the organizer’s committee.
The right to participate in the prize draw Participants in the prize draw can be natural persons who are citizens of the Republic of Slovenia. Persons employed by the organizer of the prize draw and persons employed by other legal entities connected with the implementation of this prize draw cannot participate in the prize draw. Legal entities cannot be a participant in the prize draw. Persons who do not accept the rules of the prize game cannot participate in the prize game. Participant is deemed to have accepted the rules of the prize draw by participating in the announced prize draw.
Rules of participation in the prize game Participation in the prize game does not require the purchase of services or products of the organizer of the prize game.
Prize draw All participants of the prize draw take part in the draw. One participant can participate in the prize draw only once. The result of the draw is final. Appeal is not possible. The winner will be notified by e-mail about the receipt and method of claiming the prize.
Obligations of the winner The prize cannot be paid out in cash, nor can it be exchanged for another item.
The winner is obliged to provide the organizer of the prize game in written form (e-mail) with his personal data – name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number, all within two days at the latest after receiving the notification that he is the winner of the prize.
If the organizer of the prize draw within three (3) working days from the moment the winner sends a notification that he has been drawn, for any reason (eg: the winner declares that he does not want to accept the prize, the address or email address is incomplete or incorrect, etc.) does not receive all the necessary information and a declaration that he wants to receive the prize, it is considered that the winner does not want to accept the prize and thus the organizer is free from all obligations in relation to the winner of this prize draw and acquires the right to dispose of the prize in any other purpose.
Protection of personal data The organizer of the prize game protects all personal data obtained from the participants during the performance of the prize game in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. The organizer may use personal data obtained from participants exclusively for the purposes for which they were obtained. The participant of the prize game agrees that the organizer can send him notifications regarding the organizer’s offer. The participant or his guardian or legal representative can at any time revoke his consent to the use of personal data obtained in the prize draw for direct marketing purposes. The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to organize the award ceremony as a public event. By participating in the prize draw, the participant allows his name and address to be used in the audio, photo and video material of the prize draw organizer. The winner allows the organizer of the prize game to publish his personal data in the media and on the world wide web for the purpose of informing about the results of the draw or accepting the prize.
Publication of the rules of the prize game By submitting their data through the entry form on this page, the participants of the prize game agree that they are familiar with the rules and undertake to act in accordance with the rules of the prize game. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, these rules shall prevail over any other publication, whether in print, electronic or any other form.
