Regulations on shipments
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. In the case of payment by pre-invoice, we ship the order the next working day after receiving your transfer to our TRR. In the event that we cannot ship the order within the specified time, we will notify you by e-mail.
Delivery is possible to EU member states and to the other countries listed below:
In case of delivery in Slovenia, your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days. In the case of delivery to other countries, the deadline is 2-10 working days.
It is also possible to pick up the ordered goods in person at the eadquarters of the provider THE FIG, Miklošičeva cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana.
